Steve went above and beyond to get our home sold. We are from out of state and it was difficult getting there for everything. Steve took care of everything for us, he did the initial inspection so we didn't have too, told us a few things to do to get the house sold fast, he monitored to make sure the work was being done. Then when he listed the home we had a multiple offer/ bid situation. Steve was able to guide us in the right direction on what to accept based on the contractual terms and documents provided by the buyers.
